Job Title: System Performance Manager Location: Bonn, Germany Contract Duration: 2 years, with the intention to extend Working hours: Full-time, 40 Hours per week

The Scope To oversee the implementation of international standard-setting rules and to develop tools and approaches that increase the accessibility, efficiency, and effectiveness of sustainability requirements applied globally. This role contributes directly to the development of rigorous standards, the assurance of their quality and robustness, and the promotion of effective stakeholder engagement. In particular, you will define process flows and process management tools that influence the majority of standard-setting activities, working collaboratively with highly skilled colleagues across teams.

Main Roles and Responsibilities • Oversee and support the implementation of standard-setting procedures, related documents, and templates to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of standard development and revision processes. • Manage the annual schedule for the development and revision of sustainability-related requirements. • Coordinate input to digitization processes for policies, standards, procedures, and associated platforms and tools. • Manage the development and adaptation of internal quality management processes related to the creation of robust standards and the implementation of new technologies. • Maintain the requirements for accredited certification bodies, including the development of related documents and interpretations. • Manage the development, review, and revision of other core requirements as agreed with the supervisor.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Education and Training: • Master’s degree from a university or technical college in a relevant field (e.g. quality management, international relations, social sciences, business administration).

Working Experience, Style, and Skills: • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience (e.g. in the development of procedures, standards, guidelines, and strategies for ISEAL members, ISO, or other standard-setting organizations). • Proven project management experience (minimum 2 years), including successful project completion. • Experience in quality management is an asset. • Auditor experience is an asset. • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of diligence and accuracy. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to plan and organize work effectively. • Service- and solution-oriented approach to work. • Proactive mindset and high level of engagement. • Collaborative and team-oriented working style. • Solid administrative skills.

Computer Skills: • Proficiency in standard software packages (e.g. MS Office). • Good understanding of database applications and architecture.

Languages and Communication Skills: • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to explain complex topics in a clear, user-friendly manner to non-technical audiences. • Experience working in multicultural and diverse teams. • Fluency in spoken and written English.
