Job Description

DRS is looking, on behalf of our client, an INGO, for a Learning and Assessment Consultant to support the attainment of annual revenue targets by implementing the approved country strategic plan and by developing both existing and new business in an allocated territory or by developing assigned accounts within a territory.

The L&A Consultant drives territorial success by identifying and converting new business opportunities into revenue. Serving as the primary representative of NGO to customers, the role involves building strong relationships with schools and institutions, fostering existing accounts, and promoting cross-sales across the full product range. The consultant enhances revenue growth by strengthening the capabilities of channel partners, encouraging collaboration, and ensuring alignment in promoting the complete portfolio wherever feasible.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Contribute to the achievement of annual revenue and profitability targets for an assigned territory, broken down by product type within an assigned budget
  • Carry out direct visits to potential new customers, according to agreed prioritization and country strategic plans, advising on the full range of English learning solutions with a focus on assessment resources
  • Provide post-business development activities support to the existing customer base, according to prioritized segmentation, to maximize revenue across the full range of the organization’s English products
  • Build an accurate and appropriate pipeline of leads and opportunities to feed future growth and meet revenue targets
  • Ensure all planning and visit information is logged on Salesforce to facilitate full customer support, accurate monitoring of business development activity, and forecasting in the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with Marketing by strengthening the recognition of organizational certificates and assisting with local events and campaigns
  • Be the voice of the customer, obtaining market knowledge, competitor intelligence, and after-business development activities product feedback.
  • Compliance: Embody INGO’s values and ethics and ensure that all ethics and compliance policies are adhered to. Foster ethical behaviors within the market and ensure that any issues are reported promptly and fully to global compliance colleagues.
  • Conduct extensive travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays, with occasional international travel as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration or equivalent.
  • Holder of a full, clean local driving license.

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in Sales, marketing, or business development.
  • In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian educational system, expertise in English teaching and training, preferably.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the education sector.
  • Familiarity with assessment resources or related experience (preferred).
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, both at a minimum C1 level.

Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding public speaking, presentation, and negotiation skills in both individual and group settings.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive as part of a team.
  • Proficient in consultative selling techniques.
